TSI FSA4800/5800-X FSA Signal Processors for Laser Doppler (LDV) Measurements

The FSA 4800/5800 series of signal processors is the latest innovation from TSI for Laser Doppler Velocimetry (LDV, also known as Laser Doppler Anemometry, LDA) signal processing to provide velocity results accurately and quickly. The processor is a complete system with integrated photodetector optics and electronics and many hardware features. This latest innovation from TSI offers high sampling rate and short processing time to ensure every data point is measured (high temporal resolution), even in supersonic flows with all data taken correctly, giving accurate flow results and higher order statistics.

Product Details

Two versions of the processors are offered to cater to your application requirements. The FSA 4800 having laser doppler frequency up to 125 MHz is ideal for all hydrodynamic flow applications and mid speed aerodynamic flows. For supersonic flow measurements (up to 2500 m/s), the FSA 5800 offers laser doppler frequency range up to 210 MHz, making it very applicable for such challenging measurements.
